Generations Club Celebrates One Year of Exceptional Senior Care and Announces Major New Benefits for Members and Caregivers
As the need for quality senior care in Tampa grows, so does Generations Club, the area’s only nonprofit full‑service adult day care center. Over the past year, the organization has become a trusted community resource, offering purposeful fun activities that promote socialization, cognitive health, and overall well‑being.
“The saying is true, things get better with age,” said Kim Kasper, CEO of Generations Club. “Over the past 12 months, we have established partnerships with University of South Florida and University of Tampa, acquired Alzheimer’s and Dementia service provider certification and expanded care with the launch of in-home services through Generations Cares.”
Generations Club also extended access to care by further strengthening its growing network of providers. Current accepted insurances include Aetna, Sunshine, United, VA, Medicaid, Simply, Aid & Attendance, and Long‑Term Care plans. Military veterans also receive exclusive discounts as part of the organization’s ongoing commitment to those who have served.
New Member Perk: FREE Half‑Day Saturdays
Beginning in March, members enjoy a FREE half‑day on the second Saturday of each month. This unprecedented benefit, combined with free transportation and hot meals, offers the best value in Tampa and reinforces Generations Club’s position as a leader in senior day care services.
Expanded Care and Caregiver Support
To further support families and caregivers, Generations Club launched Generations Cares, a homemaker and companion service designed to help seniors remain independent in their homes. The program provides daily assistance, companionship, and personalized support rooted in compassion and excellence.
For even more support, Generations Club partnered with Trualta, a resource from the Florida Department of Elder Affairs to offer the Tampa community free practical tools and educational resources designed to make caregiving easier and more effective.
“Our goals is to support caregivers by reducing their stress and providing tools that increase the quality of care they provide,” added Kasper. “Today, the club stands as a testament to the belief that seniors deserve the best care, along with connection, creativity, and a community of compassion and support.”
